Totally Bamboo Refund Policy
Totally Bamboo warrants products to be free from material defect and workmanship issues for one year from purchase. Issues that arise from product misuse or neglect are not covered by this warranty. If you have a warranty claim for your product, please contact us at Contact@TotallyBamboo.com and provide a description of the issue, photos and your proof of purchase. Totally Bamboo will refund or replace accepted warranty claims with the remedy deemed best by Totally Bamboo.
Non-warranty returns are offered for up to 30 days from purchase. Returns must be unused and in packaging to be eligible. Contact Totally Bamboo at Contact@TotallyBamboo.com with your valid proof of purchase and return reason to initiate a non-warranty return. Once approved, Totally Bamboo will supply a Return Authorization Number to confirm the return. You will be responsible for the return shipment costs from a carrier of your choice.
Once your return is received and inspected, Totally Bamboo will send an email notifying you that the return has been received and if it is accepted or rejected based upon the returning condition. If accepted, you will receive a refund processed to the credit card used to complete the original purchase on TotallyBamboo.com.
